MARK BILTON, BSc. Grad.Dip.Bus. MBA. FAICD. FAIM
Mark Bilton is a, “Leadership Advisor” with 20 years Managing Director and CEO experience, leading 6 companies. This included a transformational role as Group Managing Director of Gloria Jean’s Coffees’ global business, leading 40 countries.
He has had experience in both small and large businesses involving directing organisations with over 1000 staff and $300 million turn over.
Mark has an MBA from Auckland University and is a Fellow of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Institute of Management.
Mark has led transformational change in many sectors and is internationally recognized for excellence in ‘Business Transformation’.
In 2011 he was awarded the “Young President’s Organization’s’’ prestigious “Terry Plochman Award” for global “Best of the Best”. In 2014 he received the Michael Page ‘Australian Retail Executive Award’.
Mark has a passion for helping individuals and companies ‘realize their potential’. His mission is to ‘reframe leadership’ and ‘humanize the workplace’.
He fulfils this now as a Leadership Advisor, CEO Mentor, Strategist and Managing Director of Thought Patrol.
